On further investigation, I searched, I believe I mistook ega.exe for cga.exe. from other posts I've read it would appear you may be able to use EGA with supplied drivers. I've never had a CGA or EGA so my knowledge is limited. One thing I did discover in my search is there are Java capable browsers available that'll run on EGA, this came up under the keyword I suggested. [. . . .] Thank you for trying to help, but my problem was caused by none of the above. The culprit was a TSR I had migrated over from my old DOS 3.3 system.
