Hi Eric, unfortunately some programs seem to refuse to release the resources after they have run, it is a matter of adding more memory or rebooting. I have not come across a program that will help release the resources, but try running WFWG in a lower graphics mode say 640x480x256 colors, and reducing your fonts loaded to say 6 font types if possible. I am running WFWG with 16 meg of ram and getting 83% resources, the important part is the User %, this will cause the most problems. If the User percentage is high then you should not need to worry till the resources get below 30%. Take care. I'm not sure if v.3 is ONLY for Win95, but that's very possible. You can check the website for details, and if it is, try to find a copy of version 2, which workson Win 3.1 (or WFWG). My friend is still using the original version, and it works great. --- Platinum Xpress/386/Wildcat! v1.3 * Origin: FidoNet International Coordinator Emeritus, for life (1:202/746) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 118 WINDOWS Ref: F2G00006 Date: 02/11/98 From: JERRY SCHWARTZ Time: 08:02pm \/To: JOSEPH FERENCHIK (Read 3 times) Subj: dos control menu question [Feb 09, 98 - 04:59] Joseph Ferenchik of 1:2222/103 wrote to All: JF> Hey in a dos windows control menu you can copy data from JF> one box to a different box via the edit pulldown. If you change the font setting for the window to a fixed size (from the default of Auto), then scrunch up the window, the Scroll option will be active. It changes the behavior of the arrow keys from whatever the program normally does to controlling the scroll bars.
