Hi Eric, unfortunately some programs seem to refuse to release the resources after they have run, it is a matter of adding more memory or rebooting. I have not come across a program that will help release the resources, but try running WFWG in a lower graphics mode say 640x480x256 colors, and reducing your fonts loaded to say 6 font types if possible. I am running WFWG with 16 meg of ram and getting 83% resources, the important part is the User %, this will cause the most problems. I had heard that there were possible problems with -> them, but don't know what they are! A malicious cookie could, in rare cases, retrieve personal info from your HD. Or even delete things. But I haven't heard of that happening yet. If it did, the offender would be discovered pretty uickly, and would probably be prosecuted. -> them in, don't I have to re-accept them each time I visit the site? Once you have a cookie from a site, you shouldn't have to accept any more, the info in the first one is sent to the site and you're 'recognized'. Some sites may update the cookie on each visit, or at set intervals like once a week or month. -> Where as if I kept them, since I have way over 3GB space left and to -> keep them for awhile would not present any problems on my end, would -> that not preclude me having them jump up each time, or do I -> misunderstand their application or need? Even if you surfed a LOT of sites, it's unlikely your cookie file would hit 100K, the bits that are on your end are very small.
