You didn't discuss my position or the subject matter in the discussion, so there was no debate. Further, you misunderstood a very simple message explaining how you changed the subject matter as a personal attack. I see from the above that you are one of those SysOps you talk about who brag about how long they have been in fido or how long they have operated a BBS. I'm not aware of any other brag messages except your own in this echo, so you are all alone on this subject. I'm sure that everyone is impressed. Reference the debate between us being over, you are correct. First, the debate between us never started. Second, our current discussion is off-topic and a waste of bandwidth. No response is desired, and I will not be responding to any of your future messages unless they are civil and on-topic. I spent two weeks in the hospital with a difficult to treat infection in and around my spine. The nurses were great, but most of them carried large syringes and other torture devices. I wore a nicotine patch for smoking and it worked. I asked about a computer patch and was told that Bill Gates bought the patent and kept it off the market. This is my first day home from the hospital, and I have missed this. The prognosis is good and I should be fine in 4 to 6 weeks if I do exactly what the doctors tell me to do. I've decided to comply 100%. Now, to keep this message on topic, there should be a law against hospital charges in excess of $5,000 per day. It's nice to be back.
