I would like to know, if it is possible to use a zyxell e2864I with novell netware 4.11. We want to use it both as the fax out and for internet. Novell claims the it is possible, but I still have some daught. I also want to know, what is the best hardware to use as backup hardware except dat drives, which I think are too expensive. Does any one know a router called zonix arpegio plus. Is it still possible to get firmware for it? Sorry for all these questions, but I got so much on my mind that has to get out. I'm looking forward to hearing from you. -=> Yours sincerely, Brian Olesen <=- --- Terminate 4.00/Pro * Origin: Terminate & ISDN CAPI = 1000k/minute (15000 CPS) (2:236/111.216) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 194 NOVELL Ref: E4S00000 Date: 04/22/97 From: ARTHUR MARSH Time: 02:31pm \/To: ALL (Read 4 times) Subj: remote reboot of C32/DOS? Is there anyway to cleanly remotely reboot a C32/DOS workstation that is locked up? If such a machine has open files and has a hardware reset (via remote control hardware), I get a red screen message on startup that is difficult to respond to remotely, but indicate locking issues (due to the connection not being cleanly shut down). I could rig up an arrangement to run RCONSOLE and clear the connection if that would close any files opened by the client. Are there any other ways of arranging for a clean remote shutdown and reset of a locked up C32/DOS machine? --- msgedsq 2.1 * Origin: Camelot Swamp MJCNA, Hawthorndene, Sth Australia (3:800/812) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 194 NOVELL Ref: E4S00001 Date: 04/22/97 From: MICHEL JACOBS Time: 12:10am \/To: ALL (Read 4 times) Subj: cdr-rom;long file names real mode Hello everyone, I wonder whether it is true that cdrom.nlm version 4 does NOT support long file names?
