Also, there is currently NOTHING in the other DW> office except stand alone stations. You may like to explore using standalone routers like stuff from Ascend. If you have a Netware server in place, MPR can be quite cost and maintenance effective though. The Eicon Packetblaster MPR includes a 2 user version of NW 3.12 and 4.1 if you can dedicate an extra pc as a router. It is an area that needs careful consideration though. --- msgedsq 2.1 * Origin: Camelot Swamp MJCNA, Hawthorndene, Sth Australia (3:800/812) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 194 NOVELL Ref: E2V00003 Date: 02/25/97 From: VYACHESLAV REDKA Time: 09:28pm \/To: FRANK RAMSEY (Read 3 times) Subj: Netware IP and WIndows NT Hi, Frank Ramsey! > VR> By the way can you send me your configuration of sweet pair - > VR> DNS & NW/IP. Well, more licenses can be obtained from Netware. Since Netware 4.x supports multiple licenses on one server, now there's nothing from grabbing a copy of your friends 100 user license and throwing it on your server :) Oops, I didn't say that :) --- Renegade v5-11 Exp * Origin: The Warp Zone/Simi,CA/USR-DS 28.8V.E/(805)526-6196 (1:102/1013) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 194 NOVELL Ref: E2V00007 Date: 02/23/97 From: CHRIS STEVENS Time: 09:08am \/To: MIKE MORAIS (Read 3 times) Subj: Re: Licenses?
