There are now NDS extensions (for the Win16 version) and NDS versions (for DOS version) of PMail. We have recently begun an upgrade to 4.10 and I am about to give the NDS versions of PMail a trial. I believe they do work well, but I don't have personal experience yet... -Peter fidonet: 3:690/643.5 internet: esbpeter@gold.iap.net.au (Home) or ogdenp@kalg.curtin.edu.au (Work) --- * Origin: Pete's Point - Kalgoorlie, West Australia (3:690/643.5) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 194 NOVELL Ref: DFK00032 Date: 11/15/96 From: KARI L. There is a variety of 32 bit clients for NetWare 3.x servers and NetWare 4.x NDS for WinNT 3.51, WinNT 4.0 & win95 platforms NDS in my network, but neither win95- nor WinNT-based client allows logging in to file server with packet signature option set to 3. Forcing the appropriate option in Novell 32 bit client for win95 takes no effect. Is there a most common way to turn signature level greater than 0 to this clients? Perhaps, registry keys manual update?
