I assume you're -> using this to connect DOS systems to Win 95? I guess my only -> suggestion might be to try the Microsoft solution for this -- was -> once called "MS-DOS for Workgroups." I keep hearing that this is -> even free these days. It could be that Lantastic only supports -> TAPI?? Trying to get two systems running '95 to jive with each other. Not if you do it quickly. I have added in a length of coax and a BNC T connector to a 10Base2 LAN so fast that the machines on the LAN never noticed. Any packet corrupted when the 10Base2 string was broken open simply got retransmitted. Also, if one plans ahead, it is simple enough on a home LAN to have an extra T connector spliced into the coax LAN string, ready for that occasional extra machine hookup.
