I fear, the archive was modified, because deltaComm usually packs its archives using PKZIP. You should try to get an original copy of the shareware version directly from deltaComm BBS in USA or from the "ELSA Online BBS in Germany (+49/241-9177-981 (V.34), +49/241-9177-7800 (ISDN)).
