Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Grease two 9-inch round or square pans. 3. In medium bowl, combine gingerbread mixes with water. Stir in peaches. Pour into pans. 4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pans; cool on wire racks. 5. Spread one cake layer with cheese. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In 2-qt. saucepan combine 1/2 c. butter and 2 sq. chocolate. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted (4 to 6 minutes). 3. Stir in all remaining brownie ingredients until well mixed. 4. Spread into greased 9" square pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely. 5. In small mixer bowl combine all filling ingredients except chocolate. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy (2 to 3 minutes). Spread over cooled bars. 6. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Cut into bars. Store refrigerated. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. 2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk vegetable shortening and Mott's Natural Apple Sauce until shortening breaks into pea-sized pieces. Add sugar and beat well. Add vanilla and egg. Mix well. 4. Add flour mixture to apple sauce mixture. Blend until smooth; mixture will be stiff. 5. Using flour-coated hands, roll teaspoons of dough into balls. Place on cookie sheet 1-inch apart. Press thumb into center to make indentation. Fill with 1/2 teaspoon of preserves. 6. Bake 12-15 minutes until light golden brown. Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes. Place on cooling rack and dust with confectioners' sugar.
