Bake 40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Just before brownies are done, in heavy saucepan, melt chips with sweetened milk and remaining vanilla. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and butter. Beat until creamy. Add egg, milk, flour, extracts and flavorings. Beat well. Pour over brownie mixture. Spoon remaining brownie mixture carefully on top of cheesecake mixture. Bake at 325 for 40 to 45 mins. Spoon Marmalade over hot brownies. Spread carefully. Cool completely. Spread chocolate glaze over Brownies. Cut into 12 bars. Melt chocolate. Blend butter and corn syrup. Stir in sugar, milk and vanilla.
