Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add water and mashed berries. Cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture comes to boil. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool. Fold remaining berries into cooled mixture. Pile into pastry shell. Chill. Serve with whipped cream. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease 10" pie plate. Layer meat, onions, vegetables, cheese. Blend milk, eggs, salt and baking mix in blender on high 5 seconds, or by hand 1 minute. Pour over layers in pie plate. Bake 45 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Note: If desired, bake 40 minutes, then sprinkle a little extra shredded cheese over the top, return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Combine soup mix with boiling water, simmer 5 min. Add chicken, vegetables and onion, simmer 5 min. Combine cornstarch with cold water, stir into chicken mixture until thickened. Pour mixture into prepared pie shell, top with remaining crust. Prick top to allow steam to escape and prevent from boiling over. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes for pie center to set before cutting. Serve immediately.
