I'm interested in all types of recipes and have an extensive library of books and magazines. I've been cooking since I was three and now I'm 32 so one type of cuisine or another has taken my interest in that time. My training is not very formal and I like to improvise in the kitchen so. I only cook for the fun of it and as stress relief. I would like to share all of my recipes but that would take ALOT of time so if I can share some I will. Also thanks for the essence recipe. I know plenty of people in my town that would like that recipe (ya know, 'cause it's gotta taste good) for their kitchens. Thanks again and talk to you soon.
