ZyXEL has not only a ftp site, but I believe they are also on the web. ftp.zyxel.com and http:\\www.zyxel.com respectively if I'm not mistaken. Access via the internet services a much larger portion of their customers than does FidoNet, so I could understand their not providing freq access if it were not for the fact that they've ALREADY GOT THE HARD PART DONE (sorry for shouting ;-) I would tend to think that it might be an oversight on their part, maybe a friendly netmail message (or even forwarding a copy of your original message) would do the trick? I would hope that they would be responsive to a request like that, if not then maybe I'm looking for a couple of modems to replace these accursed HST V.Everything units in the wrong echo ...
