That's funny as some pro dealers handle Technics as a low end alternative for some items where pro gear can be beyond the budgets of some users for some applications. Others are mail order types who mix audio gear and office equipment, where the Technics may be high end of the audio equipment they carry. For high end audio only dealers, Technics may be a low end line, while for low end audio dealers it may be a high end line. For those pro dealers, carrying 3 Matsushita lines is common, though they do have to be acquired based on separate franchise agreements. Technics is used as a trade name for multiple Matsushita lines, just as Panasonic is. Using such trade names as if singular companies or lines is simply inaccurate.
