I don't see what the difference would have been between 2 short albums or 1 long one, we get the same songs :) Do you also think that the white album should have been 2 seperate albums? Broken China -- Rick Wright: This one is really great. For those of you who don't know Rick is the keyboard player for Pink Floyd. IMHO this is the best of his now 3 solo works. The other two being 'Wet Dream' and Zee's 'Identity'. Pick this up if you can. Synths galore as well as an interesting ensemble of woodwinds, and musicians. 2. Starless and Bible Black -- King Crimson: This ones a bit tougher to review. Um I was expecting something 'Red' ish but I was wrong. This is much different. To be honest I havent' listened to it enough to warrant a clear verdict. So I'll get back to you on this one. 3. Live At the Scene Club NY, NY -- Jimi Hendrix: Well this was a nice treat. Jimi does a very Band of Gypsys ish set even though he is still experienced. Jim Morrison joins Jimi on stage for a few harmonica solos and swear-fests. Jimi also does a quick rendition of 'Tomorow Never Knows' by the Beatles (Martin are you reading!). The set finishes off with Cream's 'Sunshine of Your Love'. Really a steal for the price I paid for it. However all of the tracks are packed onto one cd track, yech! 4. Anthology 3 -- The Beatles: Yipee! Yipee! Finally an Anthology that I'm really really exicited about. My three fav albums all on one Anthology disc. This one is worht the $$. Unlike the other ones which I didn't buy but do own a copy. This one is definetly worth the money. The Esher Demos alone (Aucostic White Album) are worth the bucks. Highly Recommended.
