The contents of Control Panel are libraries called *.cpl. I'm interested in the Sound-Event Control, but this one is part of mmsys.cpl. If you call mmsys.cpl you get only the normal Audio/Video stuff. It seems that you must call it with different parameters to get the audio event part. Any hints?
