Limited because it had abalone inlay around the -> entire perimeter of the top. And boy did it play and sound nice. I -> guess for $1600 you really can get a great guitar! Hell, the case -> looked like it should cost about $300. I ordered myself a new Guild acoustic today at the NAMM show. Guild reissued a 60's guitar called the F30. All mahogany with a solid spruce top. Small-bodied (I hate jumbos) and the thing sounds really, really great. Price is 1299.00 retail w/case and is a really fabulous guitar. This cuts the impedance in half, and generally, the higher the impedance, the hotter the pickup is. Laces are a different design, but I believe the same thing applies. C-ya! Maybe even all three? I don't have a guitar handy (in the house. Within a mile constitutes "handy" for me), so I can't check for myself at the moment. The two tone pots are RL> wired directly to the neck and middle pickups, and have no RL> effect on the bridge pickup (unless it's in #2 in RL> combination with the middle). Maybe you can answer this also... :) On my Strat+ the lower tone control has a detent at the half-way point.
