It makes sense to me and it does look correct for version 2. I'm probably like the majority here and think upgrading to Max 3.01 would almost be easier and definitely better. In trying to think back to when I upgraded from version 2 to 3, I don't think I had to change anything at all. *ALL* Mecca files, menus and whatevers worked without problems. Linda, good luck with your message division, but give serious thought to upgrading. It really shouldn't change anything as 3.0 really does just ADD a lot of new features. 8-) Good luck! When I first set up Max, I wanted any newbie (a first-timer) to be able to read any public area on the board but not to have posting ability in any form. So... unless a caller is at least "Limited", and has the "E" key, no posting of messages is possible. Ummm... I'm not sure why I have the "Msg_Change" in there; if you can't post one, how could you change it?
