(http://oeonline.com/~garyg/maximus/) I remove programs from the "new releases" page after a year maximum (or if the page is getting too crowded). I just noticed that a bunch of programs will be "coming due" for removal this month. If you've written something that's on the site, and have a newer version, please send it along. Don't worry though, the programs will still be available at the ftp site, they just won't have a "featured space" on the website. I'll add some further information when I reply to your netmail (which has brought out a rather nasty bug in FleetStreet, hence the slow reponse time). regards, paul --- FleetStreet 1.20.2+ * Origin: madHouse Inc - Brisbane, QLD (3:640/820) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 174 MUFFIN (MAXIMUS) Ref: ECK00014Date: 08/15/97 From: GERRY ELLISON Time: 05:49pm \/To: CASEY TOMPKINS (Read 1 times) Subj: MA"AM Hello Casey! Yes MA'AM did write the file and message areas foe v2.0+ but it broke for v3.0+. I have a tailored for my BBS only Mex programs that will rewrite the file & msg areas.ctl, squish, timed, a tic controls along with custom msg and file area list. The Directory Areas and Squish MUST be named for the first eight letters of the echo tags. Also you would have to understand Mex and rewrite then for your BBS. I wish a "C" programer would rewrite it with a config that all could use it for free. I don'a know how. Find or FREQ to look at it. MAXUT25.ARJ also check out MAXKIT25.ARJ for ideas, these will work for all .
