Of course you have to understand their "standard" of pot was Mississippi ditch weed - probably a THC constant of .03%! Now you can look at a THC constant of 2-3% average and I guess up to 7-8 (or a little higher) on specially bred genetic beauties. Kind of like buying chopped meat at $2.89 a pound and A pound of corn fed USDA choice Black Agnus Kobe File Mignon beef at $20 or more a lb. Both are still "beef" but there is a WORLD of difference.
