I am in Chattanooga, TN area, about 10 miles north PK > of Ringgold, GA. Albany, GA is in SW GA. It's about 90 miles S of Macon, W of Columbus and N of Tallahassee, FL. Abt 180 miles S of Atlanta. When you came down I-75 on your FL trip, when you went through Cordele (where the Rocket is located) I was about 30 miles SW; and when you went through Tifton, about 40 miles W. I spent a lot of time in '72 - '74 on I-75, getting off at Cleaveland, TN and going to Decatur, Meigs County, TN when my father retired and returned to the his home place. After his death in '74, Mother stayed there another year and then returned to her home town of Versailles, Woodford County, KY. Just outside of Lexington. Are the leaves changing up that way yet? I don't know how big a town you live in, but you might check out the GoodWill and Salvation Army Thrift Stores. I found a lot of rolls for about $1 - $2 that folks had donated. Also, if you have a Sam's Club, I saw Butcher paper, and if it is the stuff that I think it is, (like the old butcher shops used to wrap meat in) then that would work also. I think it was about $12.00 a roll, but you sure could get lots of envelopes out of it. That's what I was looking at it for. Seems like it was 18" X 1,000 feet. Probably get close to 1,000 envelopes from one roll. Hope you are feeling better. So there!! :) Not sure how you meant this, but for clarification; I'm the only person getting the 5 crafting echoes from son's BBS. That's why he doesn't archive them. When I signed up for the crafting echoes last year, I didn't get any of the Quilting or X-Stitching echoes. I do know they are there. Is there one for just Sewing? I have a question. What is the difference between Crafts for Sale and Crafting Bazaar? Is one supposed to be supplies and the other finished products? Is Crafting Bazaar still an active echo? I haven't seen any msgs there in I don't know how long.
