I like it. The greens and purples will work very nicely in my quilt. I think this is going to end up being wall hanging size. I have bout 12 blocks done for it, and am eagerly awaiting the mail to come and deliver more this month. Thanks for your block. The block was from Pat Knox and is done in greens and purples. I had asked for a log cabin block - 6.5 inch size. The center should be green, and one half of the block should be green. The other 1/2 of the block should be red, purple or yellow. I would like these to be scrappy. This is the first time that I have deliberately done scrappy. I want to set these in a Streak of Lightning setting. The first column will be blue (of which I already have enough made), the next column is green. The following column is purple, the next is green. The next column will be red, then green, then finally ending with yellow. This is the reason that I want 1/2 of each log cabin block to be green. It will be the color which ties it all together. I know that I am going to love the blocks that I receive this month. I look forward to receiving YOURS! Teresa Herman, 10926 Alvin Drive, Northglenn, CO 80233. Thanks in advance to each of you.
