I mean there's a few that I think are really good, but I don't know... And how can you figure that out acurately? I mean you could compare previous seasons, but I still think that there's always a little improvement. I know Rodriguez #'s dropped this year, but after the year he had last year, there was only one way to go. Down. Not that I think he's slipping. He is only 22. As for Cal BELONGING at short. I think that trying something new is a good thing for everyone. --- Maximus 2.01wb * Origin: NCRL Electronic Library HST/Dual 28,800 (1:344/17) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 114 SPORTS Ref: ECS00001 Date: 08/21/97 From: KAYE SHEN Time: 12:38pm \/To: DAVE POAPS (Read 1 times) Subj: Re: Baseball DP> Anyone here like Baseball? lets go mets! --- Renegade v5-11 Exp * Origin: The Licking Factory, OS/2 in NJ! I have always thought that Poklington wrecked the Oilers after they won those cups. He sold out bigtime. Now that there are no more really valuable players to sell, he's selling the team. Maybe somebody will buy the team who cares about puting a winning team on the ice. I sure hope the Canucks become contenders. I am glad that Sakic is staying put. Gratton is now officially a flyer. When Gretzky went to LA he wasn't captain right away. Same with when he went to New York. The only time he took over right away was in St. Louis, and that was a disaster. I think (for the first little while anyway) Linden should wear the C, Mess and Bure should wear the A. should wear "A"s. It will be a tough decision for Renney. --- Maximus 2.01wb * Origin: Basic'ly Computers: Mooo-ing Right Along. (1:153/9)
