Thats B.S. It doesn't cost anything to master, anybody can contract a CD plant to make them music CD's or ROM's. Just pick p any computer or music magazine and read the classifieds. You can do your own mastering with DAT tapes, or in the case of computer/video game data, it can be stored on your hard drive, and you use your own software to master it. There is an option in WCW Vs The World (PSX) and WCW vs nWo (N64) where if you beat up your opponent so much he'll be unable to continue. Try WCW Vs The World and play as The Great Muta (he's called Bad Blood in the game). Try his neckbreaker move (go behind your opponent then press and hold the X button then press the pad left or right then release the X button) and repeat that move until your opponent tries to get up but can't. That's a TKO win.
