What are you talking about? No, I don't think i'll be picking up that title. However, split-screen mode is a must for some games (like racing games) for those of us who don't have the means to use link cable. --- FMail/386 1.02 * Origin: Land of Misfit Toys * Memphis, Tn * (901) 752-1920 (1:123/119) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 170 VIDEO GAMES Ref: F4G00015 Date: 04/11/98 From: JUSTIN SMITH Time: 02:40am \/To: NICK ANDRE (Read 0 times) Subj: Nintendo fun > Whats this? Katana is running a MICROSOFT operating system? > I'm sorry, but if you've seen how unstable and buggy Win95 and 98 are, > you'll understand why Katana is doomed. I've seen how unstable Win95 is, and Win98 isn't going to be released until June. But that's irrelevent. First of all, stability isn't going to be an issue for an OS that only needs to handle gaming. Second, i was referring to the ease of programming for a Microsoft OS. This will make PC ports very simple, and will encourage developers to make games for the Katana. --- FMail/386 1.02 * Origin: Land of Misfit Toys * Memphis, Tn * (901) 752-1920 (1:123/119) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 170 VIDEO GAMES Ref: F4G00016 Date: 03/29/98 From: TOM ARKHIT Time: 04:16am \/To: DAVE MORROW (Read 0 times) Subj: Re: Cartridge Space -=> On The 25 Mar 98 00:26:08 Dave screamed Re: Cartridge Space at Patrick <=- -=> Quoting Patrick Carroll to Dave Morrow <=- DM> The 64 can play cd quality sound too.
