No, You just wanna play the game, complete it, then get onto the next one.. I've played thousands of games over the last 16 years & none have kept my Inerest like the street fighter series.. But I don't kneed to know anything about the characters to aprecciate it.. Regarding your point on RE.. There was something like it.. Alone in The Dark.. I love most of capcom's games..
