The only thing I can say that would be wrong is that it's SI> linear. The ending of FF7 took up half the 3rd CD. I don't know what you're reading into that ending -- watch the plot and read Squaresoft's strat guide, though. That green glow on the White Materia showed that Aeris had bound the planet -to- the humans; it wasn't going to kill 'em. Yes, I saw the far ending, myself. It doesn't have to mean that -- with the Mako reactors down, Midgar couldn't sustain itself. That's, what, a zillionth of the planet's surface area? SI> The Super Nova is used 2 or 3 times during battle. And what's SI> wong with watching it. It's done real well. Takes you that long? We didn't even -know- about Super Nova until one of us decided to just sit and toy with Safer. Those battles are really, really short -- I kill him in less than a full turn. (DeBarrier, All-Wall; KotR, KotR. He's toast. Two W-Summons, two W-Magics, two MP Turbo-Master Summons, two Quadra Magic-Master Magics, two Mega-Alls, two HP/MPs, two Magic Pluses, and two Final Attack-Phoenixes make for some nasty spell casters. Then give 'em some backup with Cover and Added Effect-Hades on the Missing Score -- plus eleven Counters. I've actually killed Jenova-Synthesis with two button presses -- she attacked, I countered eleven times, each time for 9999, then finished her off with a 4x Cut -- each hit doing 9999. That's 149985 points of damage in under fifteen seconds. Barrett ended a -bunch- of battles that way before I ever got to press a button; one monster pricks him (that Escort Guard makes him sorta bulletproof) and he takes the attacker out, then goes after the other five. Makes stealing and Chocobo catching exciting.) Asher Densmore-Lynn ... AD&D Famous last words: "NOTHING does 20-200 points of damage!" --- Squish v1.11 * Origin: Phaenix Rampant, 'Uhm... The ORDER isn't the key; the STATE is the key. Each chest's corresponding book says or implies something about 'open' or 'closed'. When the chests match the clues, the door can open.
