I was just reading in NG about something called Project X that's supposed to be released about the same time, and it's supposed to blow the Dural away. The guy being interviewed said he knew what the Dural was, and didn't see how it could even compete with them. > Hey, Windows IS good, if you're smart about it. Windows is definately the only choice now, because Gates has convinced everyone that it's the better product. That's why you see almost every app or game made for Windows now. It's definately a lot better now, but it's still a memory hog and very easy to crash. --- FMail/386 1.02 * Origin: Land of Misfit Toys * Memphis, Tn * (901) 752-1920 (1:123/119) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 170 VIDEO GAMES Ref: EGL00001 Date: 12/16/97 From: JUSTIN SMITH Time: 01:21pm \/To: STEVE IGREJAS (Read 0 times) Subj: Re: 64DD games > Well, I just wanted to tell you. I like both Tomb Raider (Lara > Croft) and the SPICE Girls. Now why did I say that? Well, i suppose if you like the spice girls, then you definately wouldn't have a problem with Lara. (i can't imagine what there is to like about the spice girls though) But anyway, i don't really mind Lara being everywhere. It doesn't matter to me. Just kind of amuses me that such a big deal is being made out of a video game character. --- FMail/386 1.02 * Origin: Land of Misfit Toys * Memphis, Tn * (901) 752-1920 (1:123/119) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 170 VIDEO GAMES Ref: EGL00002 Date: 12/16/97 From: STEVE IGREJAS Time: 03:22pm \/To: JUSTIN SMITH (Read 0 times) Subj: Re: Games JS> What exactly makes that GXTV so special anyway? What system do you own and what sound system do you use when you play your games. The GXTV is a TV with Surround Sound Speakers and Sub woofer. It also has a headphone plug in so you can pump up the volume without disturbing anyone. The only problem is that it's 13" which isn't bad since it's gonna be in my room. --- JMail-G 2.80 (Omega 6) [UNREGIS * Origin: >>>Xanadu BBS<<< New Bedford Ma.
