They billed me three times too much and then only would allow me to immediately credit $5 of it - wanted me to pay the rest and "be credited later". I called back a week later, talked to another billing agent who gave me the *correct* billing and told me how much to pay. This was the amount it should have been, in the first place. To give Airtouch credit, they have called me at least twice to find out how we're doing with the phone, and made sure we understood some of the features. I have had to call with further questions twice, and have been treated to excellent service in both instances. -donna --- GEcho 1.00 * Origin: The Education Station, Poway, CA - Mail Only (1:202/1411)
