I put in a new color ink cartridge that 360th day and it quit working. It is now at HP for warranty service. Usually, with my luck, it is 370 days and out of warranty! I had to have a printer immediately, so I bought the HP 870Cxe, which is labelled as "Professional Series". I do put quite heavy use on a printer. AND, if you believe the same is true of all versions since 4.2, you probably don't need a wordprocessing package at all.
