In XyWrite, I type ch /MDUL/MDRV/ and, Voila! - it changes. AmiPro and MS Word require a bit of clicking and mouse manipulation and opening and closing of menus and such, but it can be done. But in WordPerfect, starting from the first underlined text it finds, it converts the rest of the document to italics. Why would I want to start using WP 6.X for Windows considering all the reported problems. I've been using 5.1+ since 1992 and wouldn't change a thing for my main workhorse. I've got a genealogy document, 200 pages, 16.67 font, 2-column, with 12,000 names marked for Index. It takes 5.1+ 3 minutes to generate the index; WP 7.0Win takes 15 minutes on this P100 with 16M! I used to have crashes with WIN95 and WORD until I discovered I had flaky MOBO cache. Disabled the cache and things slowed a bit, but crashing stopped.
