She's the only one we have. She's a Cancer/Leo. She is GT> domineering, demanding, and disrespectful. Part of me laments that GT> one of mine is so rude sometimes....on the other hand, she can be so GT> wonderful when she's not thinking about it. It's like she's decided GT> that she will be annoying just to see how far she can push us. THis sounds a lot like my eldest daughter. She is 10 1/2, but sometimes acts 40 and sometimes 4. She has a big temper, short fuse, but is so cute that I think that's all that saves her sometimes. She's a Libra. GT> I try not to be too inflexible with her. My sister was just the same GT> and my mom pushed her so hard she started running away and hanging GT> around with the "bad element"....ie, drug users and promiscuous. Even GT> now, almost thirty years later, she is unhappy, neurotic, and possibly GT> an alcoholic. I've never seen a Cancer female respond well to really GT> strict parents. I have several friends who were hooking by That sounds like my sister - also a Cancer who couldn't deal well with authority. GT> Starfire's age because of their mother's way of raising them. GT> OTOH, Starfire's big vice besides being twelve is stealing books. GT> She has no compunction about sneaking into my room and making off with GT> my favorite books. Heh - I have that problem with both of my older kids. The 3 year old doesn't take them, so far - unless it's something with pictures, then she "reads" them to us anyway. :) We love books! :) ...
