Previously, the Intel chips were called by their numbers but Intel started putting an "i" in front of "486" and Cyrix put an "x" in "686" to avoid the copyright problem. Of course the toolbar buttons are colored - they have appropriate icons on them for the specific function, plus about a dozen other custom selections for various "non-standard" functions. I constantly set up a footer in my MS Word 6.0 documents (memos, minutes etc) that contains the location of the file, the date, and my name, under a line, like this ________________________________________________________________ d:\data\word\memos\m_mar03 Monday, 03 March 1997 J Knowles At present this takes a number of steps: view footer, insert the file location, insert the date, type in my name, insert the line.
