The only way I know to do that without a macros or OLE app, is to use a table. My secretary built herself a nice purchase requisition form using tables and table math. Now all the secretaries use it. They cannot be copyrighted. Numbers as in versions are OK, but not numbers in names. The next version will be named Windows Memphis and will be sort of a combination of the best of Windows 95 and the best of Windows NT Ver 4, with a couple new twists.
