Hi Barry, I don't know if Bob has responded yet, I have been very busy with work and here is what i have done in this situation. Create a new template based on NORMAL. hit a few returns in the themplate. insert a next page section break. Double click the section break and format that section for the measurments you would like, also format the first section for the measurements you would like. Be sure to select FORAMT for THIS SECTION ONLY. Delete the section break, and save your template. When you base a new document on that template, you will need to insert a section break at the point you want the page break, kind of long, but it will work. No other formatting then what you do at the time of creating the template Good Luck, if it does nto work Barrry, please let me know. On the left hand side of the organizer, open the template that's on the disk. Find the macro you want to copy and select it. Then hit the COPY command. It will copy it to your current normal.dot. If you want to select a different template, then jut select one. You will have to recreate the button onthe toolbar.
