In my opinion, the MB's are over engineered, over rated and over priced. The BMW's are well engineered and very well put together. They're not for driving in the snow like the Saab, but then, I live in Southern California where we only see snow on the mountain tops...:) ... ...sample the Rum to check for quality... --- T(W)itt Filter Tossed v1.13 * Origin: Bow Tie Racers, Been There, WON That! I had a 327 SB and the previous owner had put just water in the cooling system and the engine froze up on me that winter and the block cracked between the middle two freeze plugs on the engine, I was lucky as the block was saved by getting welded back together in it's 3 inch crack. Now with your 350 I wouldn't know for sure, but would imagine it is pretty close to the 327 in it's block layout. How's the truck?
