Sometimes you just can't use > the battery normally. What alternative do you suggest ... ? I wouldn't think you should have to charge that frequently or that long a period. All you're needing to do is replace the charge lost due to local action, which shouldn't be much for a battery in good condition. But if you're not having to add water then it must not be too bad. I'll bet if you cut that back to 1/4 or less you'd notice no difference with less risk of over charging. Store it as cold as possible for best results. --- FMail/386 1.22 * Origin: What's_the_Point? One low tech way to charge periodically is to cascade two hardware store timers. If the first one is set to run six hours a day the second one will only run every fourth day. --- Blue Wave v2.12 * Origin: COMM Port OS/2 juge.com 204.89.247.1 (281) 980-9671 (1:106/2000) --------------- FIDO MESSAGE AREA==> TOPIC: 155 OLD CARS Ref: EAH00001 Date: 06/12/97 From: TOM COLLINS Time: 11:03am \/To: ROY WITT (Read 1 times) Subj: Re: 396 RW> Is your cousins name Bob Brown?
